Despite completing the Steel Watch Foundry quest, after loading up Patch 2 everyone is acting as if I did not complete it. The gnomes in Rivington behave as though they are still a threat and other groups similarly act as if they're still active despite the fact that all of the Steel Watchers are now just piles of scrap. I would expect the gnomes to behave differently once this part of the quest is complete.
