Having the same issue. With the dryad I thought maybe it was some artistic change they did, however during
Astarion's ascension scene, all the spawns had a normal face but it looked like they were wearing a solid blood shirt, though you could see the nudity underneath
. I hope it gets fixed soon, really broke the immersion in the scene with Astarion.
