The weight of all the things I am carrying has suddenly doubled. My usual "post dump/sell" array of stuff I carry is about 55kg and now my stuff can't get below 110kg. I just checked on an old save and my Armor of Agility now weighs 24kg and not 12kg as it did on the previous save? WTF?!?
