which is reducing the duration of the spell, like 2,3turns or instantly(from 10 turns), just like the change of the flame blade and the gust of wind(10turns-instantly)
I understand this mechanism is aim to prevent players stacking mutiple buffs at the same time, but it also makes the surface spells or the controlling spells really bad since the Wizards of the coast just put the concentration tag randomly and did none complements on higher level, and that just especially made druid non-shapeshifter playstyle really awkward, like the entangle, faerie fire are all good spells but I have to give them up at higher level just because I only have one stupid precious concentration slot.
and speaking of the surface spells, I wonder if the spell DC caculation bug(always 12) is related in game engine? is that the reason it hasn't been fixed since EA?

yes they could... i don't think they will but they could.
there are lots of work around for getting extra buffs and no DC12 isn't a bug

How would DC12 not be a bug? Are you saying it's working as intended? Because that is a bizarre, massive nerf to area of effect CC.

PF2e reduces all buff times to ten rounds. If you did that and made combat buffs cause aggro while also nerfing the power level of a lot of the concentration options you could get something working.

You could also have upcast effects like Web cast as a fourth level spell or Faerie Fire cast as a third level slot doesn't require concentration. Maybe a feat or metamagic thing where for 2x spell level sorcery points you could cast a concentration spell without concentration.
