Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Act II Problems.. I cant find chieftains son

Applied patch 1.45 already in the past.

I know the cause for the plaque but can not find the Chiefs son. I saw on other threads that he is right outside the chiefs house by the fence but for me he is not there. Any advice?

He is right across the road from the Chieftains house. He wanders around a bit, but not very far. Check all the green dots on your mini-map.

I just looked all over that area again. He is not there. My Death Knight thinks I should just kill all imps on site until he shows up. I am getting extremely annoyed at this. I have spent the last two hours look at green dots.

Every creature that is killable in the imp village is dead. Very few green dots are left and not one is the damn son. Too bad those imps only drop sandals. I am having a sale of slightly bloodied imp sandals if you need em.

Mooch, did you free the son out of the prison on Citadel island? If so, did you free the other imp there, as well?

number 6 is the imp, number 3 is Tax. You need both to cross the lava properly.

I am unsure. I do remember freeing on of them who was outside when I left the prison. But lets assume I didnt get both out. How do I get back across the lava now? I try to walk back the way I came but it wont let me.

hmm...toughie..well, when you look in your journal map there should actually be a flag there indicated where you can walk over the lava. A face should pop up and ask you if you want to cross it. As for the son a little help if your having a hard time finding him, he's like wearing a bowler derby hat or something like that..looks kinda odd...next to the other imps in tha get up.
