I realized i posted this in the wrong place originally so I'm correcting myself

First off, I'd like to say how much i love this game! I'm currently on my 2nd playthrough at almost 300hrs and cant wait for my 3rd! But there is one problem I've faced on both playthroughs. When i go to camp, start talking with my companions and then que up a romantic encounter. The event doesn't happen because a story event overrides it and i guess the game ends up thinking i rejected the person and we're no longer in a relationship (i guess) because there are no longer any options to progress our relationship. The first time this happened it was with KarKar (Sorry, giving her a cute nickname just goes perfectly with her character) I don't remember which story event it was. I think it was when we go to see our 'guardian" and they give us the option of killing them to prove they mean us no harm. But this last time was the newly added Minthara dialog. right after i spoke with her, the story event happened where the vampires come to our camp. Both times I tried to long resting multiple times for the event to still playout, but it never does and now i feel like i really missed out twice.
BUT I do have a solution that may just fix more than my current problem. Would there be a way to have non time sensitive event pushed back to the next time you long rest? Because frankly, if i was gonna get busy with a girl tonight but we were attacked in the middle of the night. It wouldn't completely turn me off. But maybe just delay it to the next time we have some alone time. I this would be a little more realist and help players not feel left out just because "it wasn't the right time for a relationship"
Thanks again,
with love,
Karkar and Minthara forever,
