Tutorials do not appear during gameplay on PS5. Selecting Yes to Tutorials in Options doesn't make any difference.

Just upping this comment. This issue has been widely discussed already on Reddit since Saturday. I am sure they are working on a fix. For a game with such intricate system I feel like the tutorials would help greatly, including myself.

You can see all tutorials as a workaround by going into the Journal (Hold the Middle Button Down) and then hitting R1 to go over to the tutorial section. It has all the tutorials in there until they can get it patched to show as you encounter them.

That's a good temporary solution actually. Though not ideal, especially for new players and in a game as complex as this.
