Does anyone know if it's possible to roll back the game version on Steam to pre patch 1?

I had been working on unlocking Minthara and Halsin together and just before I finished doing that, patch 1 launched and blocked me in front of my eyes, completely ruining my game experience.

Sadly I can't get a refund as I had played it longer than the trial period before that happened, so now trying to find a workaround instead.

Wondering if there's a way of reverting to pre-patch 1 version of the game somehow? Not bothered about the patches and fixes since then, none of it looks as good as the launch version in my eyes, so a version 1.0 would suit me fine.

Their is a mod on nexus that might help you by allowing Mithara to stay alive and join you even if you wipe out the gobs

Thanks, I'm looking into it. There's a few it seems, one of them has 40 pages of comments mostly saying it's a great mod so looks promising.

I'll wait until Larian launch their next patch in case it breaks that mod with their update and will try it out. I haven't touched the game for three weeks now cause of this.

I wish there was a way to block auto-patching or to revert to a previous version of the game like Paradox games do though.
