Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Suggestions & Feedback Different Minthara method

I would honestly like a way to recruit minthara without having to murder all the tieflings. For a game with so many options, can their, or is their a way to get the tieflings to leave prior to the fight and let the druids and the goblins fight it out? That way maybe not loose Karlach and can still do her questline with Dammon. Or maybe, knock her out and the option to throw her into volo's cage and free her mind that way? Have your own little interigation moment with her before she "wakes up" I guess? Idk, it feels like a huge loss to take her and loose some really great companions. With enough persuasion and deception, intelligence, their should be a way to manipulate things to your desired outcome. Just a thought to add to this absolutely brilliant game.

Yes I wanted to do a more or less evil playthrough and recruit her, but I saw that we don't get her before act 2 and she looks like always angry and not so many things happen, but maybe I'm wrong. I'm happy that Larian upgraded and restored some more dialogs and scenes.

But yes, she is the only character that a bit heavy to get and keep. It's cohesive as she is a Drow, independant etc. but still, among the many companion she looks a bit boring to get.

The 2 BG2 characters are also long and complicated to get, but it feels more natural as it's tied to the story and with we are used to get complicated and long quests ^^
