Doing the Save the Gondians quest in Act 3.
Gortash is alive. I went to the factory in hopes of stopping the SteelWatchers. On its second level sth. exploded (not sure what though) and I was reminded that Gortash might not like that.
Anyway, I went to the warehouse, and to the secret dock afterwards but no submersible is there although my quest entry says otherwise. The dock is also completely empty of any NPC/enemy. Quest cannot progress it seems.
