I read it somewhere that Cazador's Palace should be in a place called Tumbledown in Outer City (Not familiar with DND). So it came to me that maybe Cazador's Palace should be removed from Lower City, be in a independent map like Creche. Spooky foggy forest with some Monster Hunter's Tribe people, then the palace?
On a smaller but blank canvas, Cazador could be painted better, I personally think. No more weird entrance, and we can enjoy the classic vampire movie vibe..

Still think Act3's story pace is kinda messed up, really hope it could be polished more. This game means a lot to me (Q-Q)

That would be great. And I'd love them to remove these silly bunk beds for spawns. This is grotesque, considering that D&D vampires need to rest in their coffins of their grave's ground.

Some Cazador/vampires-connected quests would be wonderful too.

This. I also found weird how Cazador didn't send more people to get Astarion through the game if he was so desperate to get him back for the ritual. It seems weird, so it would be nice to have some sort of quest related to that even before getting to the city.

The invasion of his palace looks simply terrible....
a couple of lines of dialogue with Astarion...
In general, I still dont believe that the upper city did not exist, like all the quests there
