I don't know about you guys, but I would have liked to have had more impact through skills in the environment. More queries about what the player character is capable of at the moment.

If the active character has ice spells, he should be able to cast ice shallows on water surfaces in order to be able to safely cross the river or lake at this point.

Interaction with the terrain unfortunately only works with transitions that consist of spider webs. This can be done better.
In "X-Men Legends 2 Rise of Apocalypse" I thought it was super cool that you could make transitions with ice abilities or similar methods. Only in the intended places, but still. At least I was turned on by it. Especially as an "Iceman" player.
My Sorcerer with dragon bloodline (silver) and ice abilities didn't have the opportunity to "let it go".


PS: Why does every child in the game have plot marble? It's not good storytelling when gameplay mechanics prevent you from doing your thing.
