I made a ticket for BG3 two weeks ago.

I have replied to it twice.

I haven't heard anything back from Larian.

How do I get in contact with them?

Probably going to take some time. It took them a while to get back to me. On my last bug report, they mentioned that they are backed up. So hopefully they will get back to you soon. I imagine its a call center of sorts we are having communication with.

How long did it take?

depends on the ticket... something hard or that doesn't have good details will take a long time [4-6 weeks] and the answer you get will basically be Dur
