Bring back performance, I'm down to 10 fps from 120 on Vulkan and DX11 has a memory leak so I have a frame creep from 57 down to tens over an hour.

I would like a satisfying clarification of what happens to if she is absent from camp suddenly. I can live with , but not really knowing, what happened is kind of a bummer.

And fix the quest update for the artist quest.

And maybe fix Halsins character from psycho sex pest to the character we know from act 1&2.
