WhiteGirl, I'm no expert at graphic proggies => if you find out an easy one from Raze's link, please report success, ok? I'm sure, more gamers want to experiment with screenies. Thank you in advance

Barnie had to install PSP 8 trial version, to explain it to me - in spite of a large manual and a huge book with 338 pages, I couldn't understand this program. so, welcome to the club of program-inexperienced You can't imagine, how your post soothes my hurt ego.
In case you get a trial version of PSP8, hope the English words are correct, as I have the German version:
Start PSP
File -> import -> snapshot -> setup (for the 1st time)
fill in the following options to configure:
"full screen"
"define key short cut" (I used F2, should be a key, you don't use in-game, ok?)
"several times"
apply with "ok".
After this you can start PSP and then activate by "files - import - snapshot - start".
This minimizes to the task bar and you can make screenies now. Leave the game via Windows key or ALT+TAB and then maximize your PSP after you have made a screenshot (in my case, with F2). With the default F12 key for PSP8, you can save a screenshot into the appropriate format (in my case png, because I work with MS paint or CompuPic afterwards - PS is too difficult for me in this case).
Note: Every time, you open PSP to look if you have made a screenie, you have to activate again => "file - import - snapshot - start."
