I know holland didn't deserve to win, but they have won more times while they didn't deserve it, and a referee can make a huge difference. If you have the referee against you, you will eventually grow desperate, since everything you do seems to be wrong.

Gods were on our side I think this time. What to say? I am so proud and happy.
One thing that can never stop amaze me is Otto. Yesterday the reporters told him that we count him as a hero back here in Greece and he said "Well I did not make any goal but I am glad that my players followed my advises" He is so modest and gentle that he made us all cry. When the players got the cup the Greeks who were in Portugal were screaming "OTTO". A big thanks to this wonderful person.

i think that Otto 'Rehhakles' gave the greek players a strict diet. so that means no Ouzo until victory.

& if u look carefully, u'll see Ouzo at the back of every opponents's goal so the whole greek team were trying hard to get that precious drink. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

except for the match versus Russia where that Ouzo was accidentally drank up by one of the fans. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> so no victory there.
