I'm doing an Astarion playthrough, and when I went for my first long rest, and triggered the Cazador cutscene, afterwards, during the dialogue option, the Oathbreaker NPC showed up, and was an option to feed on, killing him by feeding on him does not produce a corpse come morning, nor will he be around if I don't kill him, but it's still curious that he's around at all, even if only during the cutscene, I don't even have a Paladin in my party!
