There was in EA (act 1). There was an npc who you could convince to go fetch the Militant Mycholar, an order of fanatical Lolth worshippers, to come and fight the absolute. They weren't the only ones to name drop the organization either, so it seems likely that this was going to be a thing, but afaik from what people have been saying, this ended up cut from the final game. I don't know if there's any other way to 'alert' Lolth to the threat, but it doesn't look like it to me.
