I already wrote about in another thread, but basically because a certain npc dies, you cant turn in the quest to anyone else. It doesn’t matter if everyone else lives, the quest gets bugged.
To fix it make it so, you can turn the quest to someone else. There is a safeguard for a situation like this in Grymforge.
