Lower City specific.

I left Lower City to progress a story back in Wyrm's Prison. Upon finishing said quest and trying to re-enter Lower City my game constantly crashes (my PC and friends as I have sent them the game save). I was also having crashing while trying to exit The Iron Throne and come back to Lower City after finishing said quest. I thought this had something to do with The Iron Throne quest, but it seems the crashing had something to do with coming back to Lower City. The crashing happens as I am loading back in and crashes every time at 33%.

Wait until your on the final boss, I was crashing there every 1 - 2 minutes.

I just entered the Lower city and as soon as I engage in the fight with the angry mob trying to burn down *spoiler* it crashes. Everytime. Frustrating because I was hoping to finish the campaign and not sure what I can do to continue. I have re-installed the game, have no mods, tried both Vulkan and DX11 but nothing has helped.
