Ok so on my 3rd playthrough, I'm trying to play the "Chaotic Good" line. However, in Act2, After allying with the Harpers and storming the Castle, The Castle prisoners all died (im guessing because the Harpers have 0 chill and the hostages were all slaughtered immediately unpon the attack on Moonrise. Anyway, because of this, the Quest "Disable the Steel Watch" offered by the Dark Gnome resistence isn't available, nor is the area under Wyrms spam even available to enter.
Is this deliberate? I mean, if you murder all the tieflings in the Grove in act1, they all have backup characters, so why wouldn't this area be available or this quest be offered by backup characters?
I ask because of a specific fight strategy I want to try on the final battle atop the Netherbrain and I need that area under Wyrm Span to be open to accomplish it.
Is this intended, a bug, or a simple oversight that will be fixed at a future date?
