After the completion of Shadowheart romance arc and I tried breaking up with her. I get the sad and upset reaction from her and an acknowledgement of our new relationship status when I engage her in a new conversation, but then it defaults back to the same dialogue options as when we I was romancing her, where I can again choose to kiss her or try to break up with her again.
Same thing has happened to me, I even participated in a few "encounters" after spamming that dialogue option saying that I wanna break up and still nada. I'm sure it's a bug.
