I am trying to play and the game loads up where I can choose balanced play. However, the game crashes with the message that it is not me but them. The games loads starting at 40%, 20%, 40%, 80%, 100% and it crashes with the CE-108255-1 error code. I do not receive this message on any other of my PS5 games. I spoke with PlayStation support and said "

It may be a problem with the servers. To change the DNS servers on your PS5, you can follow these steps:
1. Turn on your PS5 and make sure it's connected to the internet.
2. Go to the main menu and select "Settings" at the top right of the screen.
3. In the Settings menu, select "Network" and then "Set up Internet connection".
4. Select the Internet connection you are using. If you only have one connection, it should appear automatically. If you have multiple connections, choose the one you're currently using.
5. On the next screen, select "Set up manually."
6. On the IP Address Settings screen, select "Set DNS".
7. Choose "Manual" instead of "Automatic".
8. Now you can enter the DNS servers you want to use. You can use popular public DNS servers, such as Google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare's (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1). You can also search for other public DNS servers if you prefer.
9. After entering the DNS servers, select "OK" to save the settings.
10. Finally, select "Internet Connection Test" to make sure the connection works correctly with the new DNS servers.

I tried and nothing. I am hoping someone here can give me suggestions. I tried all the steps offered by PlayStation, but again, it is only this game.

Yeap, have the same problem right now. Game just crashed on random moment and do not load on last save. Deleted all over saves, but think that was a mistake))

Getting the same error on Ps5. Had a power outage last night, and trying to load all the saves said "failed to join" with error code CE-108255-1. I reinstalled the game, and I rebuilt the database. Even deleted all the game saves. Cannot even create a new game.

I have the same problem on ps5, we just have to wait..

It has to be the servers because I can play the game... Who wants to play and not be online to be play with friends :-(

Same for me... impossible to launch a new campain or to load a campain

Temp fix is to disable network on PS5. Then all savegames work again. Obviously only helps for solo play, where you do not need internet.

Everybody is impacted, disabling internet is the only known workaround.

Moi je n'ai de problèmes que lorsque je change de zone . Ça reste bloqué a 33% puis ça crash.
