So having over 1000 hours on the game having multiple play throughs different builds played in early access and Since release. I wanted to give a thought on a few areas within the game the good play through and evil play through being a key point.
So the big discussion point to start would be companions I feel this is a big lacking area within the game with the choice to take the evil arc within the game it feels you are taking a huge hit on story content and companion diversity.
So the big choice here comes in attacking the grove or the goblin camp. The benefits being being able to recruit Minthra or Halsin and while there is a work around for this to an extent you take a huge hit on story to get around this. I feel this could have been so much better done to attack the grove and fully experience the story line from an evil arch you lose 2 origin companions in wyll and karlach not just the lose of Halsin which could be expected, As well as this disrupts the options for Minsc and Jaheria later in the game. So your trading 5 companions for 1 this feels like a poor story arch from the perspective as a player that could easily have been corrected or would hopefully be corrected in the future for the game with so many ways this could be changed and actually create a little excitement to take an evil path. Dror Ragslin would be a great option to replace losing Karlach in your party, Neer could be a great replacement for wyll. These could give some great story archs later in the game and make that lose you take in the grove feel less hurtful.
Being on the side of Minthra it feels like he is an easy edition to the party there could be a small story arc where minthra asks you to go ack to the goblin camp where he could be recruited to the party in act 2 replacing Karlach and before heading into act 2 after raiding the grove an arch could be added to minthra asking you to seek neer in the underdark and to meet up with her at moon rise towers. This would replace your 2 origin characters that are lost both also already have parasites and could even lead to future conflicts where you have to fight Karlach or Wyll to gain rewards for them down the road who have decided to face the party after the incident in the grove. Kagha Could be a replacement for Jahira in chapter 2 while not being as impactful to the overall story there could be an easy story arch where she had left the grove at the request of the shadow druids to help expand the curse in the shadow lands and providing you protection in the same way that halsin encourages you removing the shadowfel providing a druid barbarian and warlock replacement for the 3 classes leaving the party. She could easily join the party at the end of act 2 to replace Jaheria after moonrise towers falls to the shadowfel. So what do we do with Minsc Gone. We have Viconia already in chapter 3 having not recruited minsc and shadowheart having sided with lady shar she would make a great final companion to add to the party. So that it feels like your trading out one set of companions for another In turn leading to a fight against a stronger minsc in act 3. While there could be other options here I feel this just makes it feel like your choice is more impactful and expands an already great story to feel like there are more options playing evil vs good and creates an amazing new arc within the existing story.
With Neer Being a warlock of the Great Old One with some extra tadpole powers, Kagha as a druid defaulted to druid of the land (Unique ability to change to summon a snake companion), Dror Ragslin as a barbarian could have a better rally ability as a bonus, and then looking at Viconia having the wolf shape ability would give her a unique skill as a cleric.

The second thing that comes up as an area where I feel there is room to be better Karlach, Lazeal, Halsin Minsc and Minthra all feel like they need more in Act 3 going on. they need more development more feeling important to chapter 3. Asterion Shadowheart Wyll Gale they all have tons of things going on in chapter 3. A few extras to make the feel like they matter more to the story as the game goes on.

Item options: I love the diverse array of items already in the game however I feel there should be more and some more loot or pick pocket options for some items. Crushers Ring Kaghas Pendent being 2 big items that require you kill them, great early game items that could be better if they were pick pocketable as well. Racial items being another point to bring out having a few more racial items that feel impactful and bringing up a few items in chapter 3 that just feel lack luster at that point like the emperors armor would be a nice touch to the game such as extra benefits for a player who has embraced the tadpole such as being able to use tadpole power 1 additional time per day. +1d4 psychic damage if your half or full illithid. Some more racial specific items that give percs closer to the dwarven throwing hammer (Love this) for other races, maybe adding a few vendors even could give these options, Some more monk gear in the early game, a few diveristy options when duel wielding to make it more attractive, some additional general options great clubs, sickles, scimitars, longswords, great axes, war axes and war hammers as well as a few other weapons all just feel like a few more options at very rare and rare quality would be nice things to find explore have fun including a couple legendarys would be nice. These do not need to be insanely powerful but could lead to some nice options. While there are mods most modders over power items and having some items not from a vendor is a nice touch to add more fun exploring the game. - I expect DLC if added will help with this but its still a point to bring up. Boots and Rings and Capes being some big areas where it would be nice to see more options as well as medium light armor and non-caster cloth items. Adding more to Minthra and bringing Neer and Viconia in bring some great ways to gain interest in Drow Gear as well.
Minor magical item crafting could also be a nice touch a place to buy mithral ore also.
-----------
HIRLINGS: What happened to the Dragonborne hirling. We saw in early play additionally it would be nice to have the ability to customize them completely if not add some story for them also the ability to hire maybe 5 instead of 3 so you could swap them in and with more option on that.
Expanded party size to 6 again a nice option still again nothing old there on this that way a party of 4 could still have companions for the story purpose.
------------
DLC DLC DLC with such an amazing game I would love to see the company take a small team even and move forward on this with such a great game there are so many ways this could just be more amazing also really would like to even see even an option to add content to the game this game could have years of life 15-20.00 quality dlc content would be completely reasonable and worth it for the game.
