Im sure its me though i played rpg since eye of the beholder on the amiga i cant figure this game out, the manual gives me the impression of "getting it ready in a hurry" style.

1. The first battlefield i cant enter the last two holes\crypts

2. Having big problems completing the sub quests as i never tend to find the clues places and so on.

3. I cant get into all the places though i searched trough the maps three times while aslo using the alt key - do you have to have lockpick to complete sub quests? i dont have it.

4. My identify skill dont work, i cant identify any items.

5. Are you supose to colect hole armor sets like in diablo2, if so is it a place you can store your treasueres?

My problem is not getting futher in the game, i have no problem with that, but all the issues mentioned ruin the game experience, its iretating <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/silly.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for any reply!

1) you need the other 2 BF keys to enter those dungeons.. you'll find them later in the game.
4) Are you sure that you have the correct level of the skill?? some items need a higher level of that skill

The identify skill?, possible, how do you use it?, do you only have to put your pointer over the item?

Edit: The moast iretating thing is that i miss almoast all the subquests for the "escape from prison" level. Find book - kill Rats - and so on, as i wrote i searched the places several times without luck.

Look at your unidentified items => they show the id lvl you need. Did youo put skill pts into this skill? You must have had a book from the Torture master (Fergus). This one has a lvl cap 2 => so, items with a higher skill lvl are not identified.

Find book => look UNDER the haystack in the left arena cell (where the spiders were) you can see a small piece sticking out. Try zooming.

Kill rats => Cook Bryant gave this quest? If so, look for imp Rashax, SW room a bit across the corridor. If you agree to help him => look into your inventory => there is a key now. Just go to the storage room, east of the kitchen and open the locked door.

Lockpick => skill is broken, don't waste your skill pts until a patch says otherwise.

You can collect sets, but the pieces are renamed on act change (the stats stay the same) and unfortunately there are no bonuses for completing a set.

Items can be stored anywhere, but you will have to take them with you on each act change, since it is impossible to return. The summoning dolls are very handy as mules, even if you don't use them for anything else.
