I've uninstalled and redownloaded the game twice via Steam, and it still gives me the "mac is currently in EA, targeting september for full release" blurb on the loader.

I suppose I could just try opening the game anyway but I'm worried about losing cloud saves (been playing via geforce now) and I've currently uninstalled it again hah. Is there a way I can tell I'm getting the right version?

Yea, I saw that too. I uninstalled and installed the game again, triggered cloud saves sync (from GeForce my Now playthrough) and it works! Don't worry, just boot it up..

It works! Thank you for the reassurance. I installed for the third time and still had the early access blurb but I finally passed that perception check and noticed the tiny version number at the bottom that matched the update. Some hiccups with syncing saves but it's all worked in the end and I can continue my game.
