Hey y'all, I'm having this issue since Patch #3 dropped on 9/22/23. It's me and 2 others in a multiplayer session and every time we talk to an NPC or listen into a conversation, there is a good chance (feels like 75% chance) of the game crashing to desktop. We were at the Act 2 bridge leading to Act 3 and we noticed this issue when talking to Gale in the Act 2 camp. The crashing has happened to all 3 of us before. We do not crash at the same time, we just have a chance every time we click the ear to crash to desktop.

The bug reporter does show up but gives no Error Code. Did submit the bug report on there and on the official bug report link.

Also, we all have 0 mods installed. Completely vanilla and none of us have installed any mods at all. Was wondering if anyone else is experiencing something similar and if there have been any workarounds discovered.

I have crashes to desktop in Patch #2 but now in Patch #3 I had that yesterday as well when playing with my friend. He starts a convo and I listen in. Sometimes in the middle of the convo I get kicked out of it, sometimes clicking the ear again works sometimes I get a crash to desktop.

We were able to play for a much longer session yesterday on 9/25/23 but we didn't do any major changes. We all verified our files but no files were replaced for any of us. We did have crashes during our session, same as before but it was happening less for some reason. Not sure if a computer restart was needed or something. Hope they see this to put out a fix though. Act 3 loads take a while.
