I already have the lantern, so...
Do I break any quests or storylines by not talking to her? Especially Mol's?
I don't want to shed blood in Last Light Inn, this place is too precious. :C

Saw a video arguing you should never talk to her. It has no effect on the quests, and avoids the entire attack sequence, so you don't have to worry about protecting her. I don't know how accurate that is, I just put Shadowheart, Gale, and myself in with her, with Karloch downstairs and finished in like 3 turns.

Protecting her wasn't that hard. As a Paladin, spell smite, luck of the far realms, divine smite, goodbye Marcus.

You won't break anything by not speaking with Isobel, however you will miss out on a certain NPCs loot as well as some interesting information from his corpse, if you deem it worth your time.

A player who "saw the future" in a role-playing game?.. It's a pity that there is no way to go back in time, kill Garrosh, Orin and Torm while they are still small.
Don't you think you're depriving yourself of the drama that the developers have prepared for you?

You won't miss anything. But I highly recommend talking to her and to actually fail the first time in the battle. Just make sure you save right before it. Why? Because the cut scene you are about to see is simply amazing and gives you a good idea about the stakes and what the shadow curse is able to do. The battle itself is not as hard as people make it to be. It is easy enough on tactician and winning gives you more lore and some nice loot.

Just my opinion what should happen, if you skip Isobel: As you are not the trigger (these events don't unfold because of you, they unfold because of Isobel) they should happen with or without you, once a timer runs out. So if you never talk to her, you will lose the Last Light Inn. Main problem I see is making the player aware of a running timer. But in that case your choice would have an actual consequence.

The way it unfolds is actually different for evil playthroughs

Note if the druid grove is wiped out then you get the evil option... you can still be a 'good' person

Luke Skywalker: I don't, I don't believe it.
Yoda: That is why you failed.
