I play on PC with a PS4 controller. I was in Raphael's house of hope and freed Hope. when I tried using her, I found that most of her spells and class features couldn't be accessed via the action radials and because she wasn't a full party member, I couldn't customise her radials and add her spells and stuff or otherwise access them. I managed to work around this by switching to mouse and keyboard, which allowed me to use the bar which had all her actions, but I think this problem with her radials needs fixing.
