In my first playthrough, before the patch, when Lae'zel "came for me one night", she started the scene in her camp outfit, but then stripped completely naked (same for MC).
After patch, both her and MC keep their underwear on.
I haven't made any changes to the "Explicit Content" settings, still have shown genitals and cinematic nudity checked.
Not sure if this happens to any other romance scenes.
Not a big issue, might not be a bug. But maybe look into it?
