It is possible to do the Creche and the Monastary first or would i miss Nere and friends in the Grymforge?

It's possible, yes. Grymforge will still be there waiting. (unless you've already mentally contacted Nere through the rock fall, in which case the quest to free him is timed)

Somewhat related to your question, though. If you do the monastery and creche *before* you rescue Halsin, then Halsin will be defeated by the time you get to the goblin camp. And all the tieflings will be gone from the grove. They also won't show up in act 2.

I know you're not asking about doing the creche before the goblin camp. I just wanted to mention it as an aside because it surprised me.

On my first run I did Underdark/Grymforge first then the monastery/creche before returning to enter Act 2 via the Underdark.

You might struggle with the creche if you haven't done the Underdark/Grymforge.

Thanks, that was important so I don't have to replay for hours .
I knew that the Druid Grove was considered a failure, but I wasn't entirely sure about Grymforge

Thanks for the warning but it's my second playthrough and I've already played through the first one on Tactician. I've done parts of the Underdark, but I wanted to experience the big chunk of Grymforge in a different order
