Sorcerers have Twinned Spell feature which allows them to cast a spell on two targets.
This however has a rather inconsistent and broken interaction with Concentration spells.
For example the Level 1 Witch Bolt spell will sometimes properly latch onto two targets and remain re-castable on the following turns - while sometimes it will "break" its own concentration and only latch onto one target.
I was unable to find any consistency in why/when it happens one way or another.
There is a mod that fixes this particular interaction but its not the only Concentration spell that struggles to work well with Twinned Spell feature.
