i looked every where tryed the macket wasnt there, tried his house count get in ;o(((, try and going to find the gard house see whats up there.

Did you have a cutscene in the poor section? After that you can enter the house and talk to the doc. If you have done that already, there is a key behide his house or use lock-pick lvl2. Descent in to the basement(after you played abit with lanterns) and kick the demons ass and dont forget his lettre and the potions.

After you have beaten the demon and taken the letter, you go back upstairs and the doc will apear. Then turn him in to Ralph and end of HARVEST and PLAQUE quest. Then talk to everybody involved, healers, Hugh,...

i think i have got the key already or carnt find it underthe stone. just a reminder where is the door.

On the nord side of his house. If you cant see it, use ALT-key. Works very good.

Make sure you have seen the cut scene in poor section.I did't,but had the key got into the house talked to the Dr. He then had some important stuff to do. He put me out I could not get back in! Lockpick did not work![know that seems to work for some of us][maybe I was useing it on wrong door?]Had to reload.

It is possible that you didnt even "used" it on the door. You have to be very close to it. Use alt to highlight the door. You need lvl2 lockpick IIRC.
