We have seen some good patch efforts being done by the team and a few minor feature additions. I am wondering however if we will see an update with a few of the features that have a higher demand? Listing a few below that have actually been in the game.

Paladins Select a God: This was in EA and apparently the hooks for the dialog are still in place. I have never heard why this was removed from EA and keep hoping they turn it back on.

5E Racial Bonuses: Again this has been in the game before and keep hoping it will be enabled as an option for players.

Now a few I and others I have spoke with would like to see officially added:

D20 Initiative: This one seems silly, not sure why they changed it to a D4 but this needs to be corrected.

Roll for Stats: I understand the reasoning for the point distribution system but a lot of players would like an option to roll for their stats.

Full/Partial Custom Party: This has been something players have been asking for since EA.

There are many others I am sure but in every discussion I have with BG3 players these features are mentioned in part or whole every time. I understand that these options can be or could be implemented via mods but modding brings it's own messes and some people do not want to mess with mods. The first two items have been in the game in the past so not sure why it would be much trouble to turn them back on.

I think the biggest feature that is missing is difficulty.
The lack of difficulty.
YouTube/ redit/ content creator's / rewivers all agree that the game is easy.
It's not just a few idiot on forums hou ask for this.

Eventually I think if the game will not provide more difficulty option. It fall down.
Because ppl cannot play with friends because everything in the game will turn in to piñatas.

And even those ppl will see the issue how are new to crpg because after 1-2 compition. They will have enugh experience to turn the game to a piñata.

After experiencing bg3 with WASD Character Movement and Native Camera Tweaks Mods I literally cannot play the game without anymore. The joy of just walking and looking around in the city! The pain of climbing stairs gone! These would be very welcome options in the base game.

As for the mess of using mods some kind of official/stable mod support and mod manager would be nice (as juggling around with dlls isn't ideal). How about including a list of selected/popular mods in the QA process before releases even? Not sure how feasible this is.

I'd be happy if they would just deliver, what was promised (e.g. upper city) in good quality, not the bug fest we have today

The feature I'd most like to see added is an in-camp display allowing me to adjust gear and inventory for all potential party members without having to click through dialogues adding and removing individual companions from the 4-person group.

Larian, bring back the Upper City. I just got into Cazador's estate and boy, oh boy, it's stiched badly. It clearly was cut in haste just before release, it clearly shows. So far the cut content was rather elegantly masked (in my opinion at least) and I didn't feel it much, but here. Dang, this is bad. Please, we need the Upper City, or at least redo of Cazador's mansion.

Apparently Upper City was never in act3 - it was used as an epilogue.

It was always our intention for the Upper City to be an epic, cinematic epilogue bringing the story of Baldur’s Gate 3 to a close. But we didn’t talk about that in advance because it would have been a major spoiler.

We feel confident that there’s enough content in Baldur’s Gate 3, and the city itself, clocking in weeks-long playthroughs at a time. But that’s not to say Baldur’s Gate 3 didn’t see cuts just as every game. It’s just important to know that what ultimately shipped was planned long ago, in function primarily of making Baldur’s Gate 3 fun to play, not for us to close development quickly.
