I've reported this on the Sony side of things, but thought I'd report here too that the game has crashed a couple times while I've tried dying clothes. Maybe I tried clicking on different ones too quickly? I also had the game crash yesterday during character creation when I tried cycling through possible eye colors.
There's also a minor bug where if you use a dye, when it completes, the name/description box for the dye disappears (toggling tooltips doesn't bring it back) until you exit out of your inventory and go back.
