I have played through 3,5 times now and seen enough to give some feedback, dunno if anyone reads it but at least i hope someone does incase of future games and expansions / DLCs

For myself i found out stories to be overall good quality and fun and a lot of very interesting and well made characters. But way too often predictable, too clichee and too easy. If i wanted to pursuit goodness, it was way too easy to figure out what to do and choose, i wanted to fail so bad because i knew im gonna play the game many times. Every time i was hoping that when i made a choise, i would get surprised later and failing my aim.. but it never happened. It could be just me, im very good at reading people in real life so i would like to know others peoples thoughts too, did you guys get surprised by the results of your choises ?

As for the evil side, thank you so much for the dark urge, hes very interesting main character and fun to play, especially the butler is fun character in the story. But when it comes to evil story, it lacked the powerful moments where you could choose something very evil and feel powerful.. same way as in Pathfinder Wotr, a lot of the evil paths you could choose had those very interesting moments where you truly felt you were evil, like when god herself kills you for choosing the most evil path or how you raise an army of the dead. So far only point i have felt being powerful evil character was the ending line of the very end of the game as evil dark urge. I was hoping that the evil story would have had more choises to be even more evil or at least more cinematic moments that made you feel like so.

About characters, you have made a lot of very interesting and well made, perfectly casted characters. The only downside here is that a lot of the most interesting characters are minor characters in the story, i wished to see so much more of them but instead it feels like i didnt get enough of them.

My ultimate favorite character is Dame Aylin, shes very interesting and very unpredictable anti-clichee type of character. Angel who is actually very brutal, super emotional, can go brutally mad and then back to calm in an instant, speaks funny and is so "straight into action" type of person, probably best character of all games i have seen and well voice acted too !
Second favorite is the devil Raphael. Favorite part of EA was when he shows up, i had such high hopes with the possibilities of dealing with devil. His voice actor is doing such legendary job its unbelieveable! Story overall is good but it was missing the ultimate thing, when you give players possibility to make a deal with a devil, you could have done ANYTHING.. instead you give players.... a hammer. A HAMMER.....I was hoping so much more interesting possibilities with him, powers, selling my soul, becoming slave so that game lets me try to unslavemyself whole playthrough only to reveal in the end that it was never even possibility and i would get very sad ending and most of all becoming his ally and becoming devil myself.. but i got a hammer. Well the boss fight with the song and music did save the disappointment quite well but still.. deal with a devil = get hammer... not good

But the best part of the story is the narrator, shes perfect for the job and is making story and game so so much more interesting !

And the main feedback i want to underline is that more unpredictable and more difficult story would be more interesting, make players fail, we play the game multiple times anyway so its only fun if we dont get what we try to get in the first few runs. Once you have got it spot on on the first try, the rest of the playthroughts are not so fun as they could be.

Best moments in the game so far that got me surprised or made me smile (trying to avoid spoiling):
-When i realised that god actually kills me if im telling her to fuck off
-Nightsong transformation, couldnt see that happening, very unpredictable turn of events !
-When Bhaal conquers the realms, last line as my character
-When myrkuls avatar rises
-When i realized you actually allowed players to finish the game on act 2
-When i saw Raphael for the first time
-Turning into slayer
-When isobel dies (this is prime example of what i was hoping to find more from the story, when being good hero trying to save people, then all of sudden you get surprised, you fail and horrible things happen and especially so that the game rubs it into my face shows me how badly i failed and makes me feel bad for the characters who loses their lifes because of my failure, and most of all it was big surprise that couldnt be predicted, more of this please ! )

I like to keep posts as short as possible, feedbacks too. Overall game is 10/10 and story is good and very interesting. But as always there is always room for improvements and i gave feedback incase you are making expansion or some more D&D games in the future. Good job !! smile
