I really wonder, since after using the "Stage Fright" psionic ability a while I can't say it has any noticeable effect whatsoever. Enemies hit and crit just as much as without using it, so it seems they're not actually attacking with disadvantage. Plus, I don't think I've seen any enemy take damage on missing either.
Anyone else using it, does it work or is it broken?
