Would you guys ever consider doing a roguelike mode for this game? You know you start by creating 4 custom characters then get transported to a hub area maybe like the house of hopes mirror teleporter room then get sent to a dungeon. Complete a battle get some xp and loot. Explore the dungeon a bit pass some perception, survival, or insight checks to find some extra loot or items. Checks and small holes so there are still some reason to put points into those areas or have certain spells.Like maybe some npc scattered about too so you can pass charisma or persusian checks to get extra items or dead npcs so you have to use talk to dead to get extra stuff. Maybe some small holes scattered about so you can get some extra loot. fight another battle explore etc. until you get a boss battle for the dungeon. once you beat the boss you can go back to the hub area respec or change classes then go to next dungeon etc. Also you know your spells and health are limited based on how many healing items you find and spells. Health and spells reset once you go back to hub area. Once back in hub area you have to proceed to next dungeon. Certain amount of fights per dungeon but player will have to make call based on health and spells if they want to complete them or just fight the boss and get back to hub area. IDK you guys will figure it out.

What your describing it not the same game and should be made as a separate game if done.

Don't see why it needs to be made separate or how its a different game just a mode to play. It would just be using the core mechanics of the game and reusing assets and dungeons. Just a suggestion I'm not demanding. I just like the combat and feel like this would give the game more to play with out playing the same fights over and over again. You know face different enemies in different situations. Besides plenty of games feature different modes in them that have nothing to do with the campaign. Like arcade modes or just wave modes where you fight endless waves. Inscryption had a developer made mode that focused just on the first chapter of the game and made into a roguelike deck builder because everyone liked that part of the game.

There is a certain nation that idealise Pathfinder Wotr and they want to make BG3 into the same game.
They are pushing this real time with pause the rule set and the dlc - s ideals to bg3 all across the media.
The only thing I agree is with them is that the game is to easy.


And as Swen sayed the are looking into redit& tiktok and yourtube. So I really hope this time they look at the forum as well.

How is this a "mode"? This is an entirely different game that has essentially nothing to do with BG3. Like, this is a game that has a story. It's not a mindless dungeon-crawler.
