I'm on my 4th time through, finished all of act 1 as usual and went to start act 2. Instead of zoning in (from camp, as required first time entering) instead the screen went black for close to a minute then the game-over popup appeared. I started a new game since this seems significantly broken and don't feel like trying save after save to see if any of them are not broken in the same way.
This seems similar to the report I saw about Voss cutscene leading to a crash, but instead of crashing my game just ends.
