sorry i ask so many questions i like to try and do things on my own and i do try for a long time before i ask. I read somewhere here that in act3 to go up to the bullitan board and get all the quests. ok i did that but only 1 would show up in my quest log i was wondering if u have to talk to someone to actually get the quest. One of the quest said to talk to the general of the temple gaurds ok so i went looking for him and could not find him. Do i really need to talk to him or is this a clitch ?? are the rest of the quest besides the monk quest all this way that i have to talk to someone to actually get the quest??

To get those quests to show up in your quest log until...
find lost relic -> talk to brother raze in the cemetary east of the church
mercenary for serrick -> talk to serrick in his tower (even then it won't show up, only when you find part of the solution...)
quest for the general -> the general isn't in the main temple area. General Bran is in the crystal forest in an army camp there. Talk to him to get the quest.
