Hi everyone,

after last patch, hotfix #7, I'm getting Error 516 when saving my game; this only happens if I interact with vendors, otherwise I can save with no error.
I only have few save files so storage should not be an issue.

Any idea how to fix this?

It looks like I've found a workaround on youtube.
Basically, never start trading with a vendor using the dialog option, instead use the Trade button at the bottom left of the screen.

I've made a couple of attempts and it has been working so far.

I haven't spoken to a vendor and I am still getting this error. I was talking to someone in the sewers, I did not trade, just passed a persuasion check to get past and tried to save and got error 516.

Maybe you could tray to actually talk to a trader, and the in trade menu using the button and then close without trading anything...?

Open a trader using lower left button, switch to Barter, donate a single item to them, close trader, check if you can save.
If you can't save go straight to a different trader, open trade window with button again, should be in barter mode, donate a single item again, close trader, now you should be able to save.

Thanks, I will try that, I must have got my wires crossed, I thought it was fixed in hotfix 7? But I could be wrong.
