Would love to see an option within certain romance pairings and paths where Tav can propose to their partner(s) that they want to adopt Yenna once they have freed themselves from the tadpoles.

Overall, I feel bad for her. As far as I remember, there used to be plans for a plague in Baldur's Gate. Unfortunately, this idea has already been completely abandoned. However, if Yenna is already left in the game, I would also like to see more content with her or, as you suggested, at least completing her quest with adoption.

Even if you don't adopt her, maybe you can at least give her to Halsin.

Bold of you to assume that Halsin is even around rpg003

Jokes aside, I think she fits better with the chef at the Elfsong. But I can see her running a refugee soup kitchen too.

But adoption could fit very well with several of the origin character's stories, because there is so much loss and Yenna would mark the beginning of something new.

Yenna is at least a demigod if not a God. I tried so many times to kill that glurgy little runt, it's exasperating. I poured evocation spells into her and she just ran away for a bit as if i had simply turned a hose on her. I blasted her with enough explosive powder and runepowder to level half the city and she just scampered about in the flames and carnage as if she was bathed in amber rays of sunshine instead of the fiery inferno I had unleashed. I threw a hundred pounds worth of magical weapons at her and she giggled as they bounced harmlessly off her.

No, she is a menace and needs to be stopped.

In my defense, I thought she was Orin. Although after a bit it just became something to do, like a hobby.

The only way to kill her is by making Orin do it. So frustrating.

This little devil never dies, its so annoying, as if the devs wants to jest with all the evil players.. they are probably laughing their ass of when reading our complains -_-

I was gonna talk about how I wish we could invite even more people and pets back to camp and adopt them all, but then the thread became a bunch of people fantasizing about killing an orphan. This is why AAA devs don't give players freedom, folks! No one wants to be known for making the game where you kill children for "something to do, like a hobby"!

A true roleplaying game involves playing evil characters too. I have been roleplaying since 10 years old, im 38 now. Im totaly sick of clichee type of characters and stories that hollywood is full of. Evil sides provides new points of view to veteran roleplayers.

When little girl comes begging that she cant find mother.. you gotta remember my character has just killed 100+ humanoids and 100+ living dead with melee weapons, brutally slicing and hacking them as they scream in pain, burn alive or be eaten alive by my wolf or then im the one eating their stomach while they scream still alive as a druid panther, you gotta role play how cold blooded my character has become after going through all that. My character is also worshipping god of murder and planning to enslave whole world.. ofc im gonna kill the girl on sight as it is called role playing a character who is evil.

Adoption or otherwise, I'd like to see some kind of closure for Yenna open up once her role as a quest failsafe is no longer needed for the run.

Even if it's just pawning her off on a church or as an apprentice somewhere, because right now her function as a plot device eclipses her character.
She could really use... something.
