Act 1 and 2 outdoor camps both have very close by convenient lakes/river to walk into and get cleaned up, how roleplayish!? Act 3 I think there is a water pump pretty close to the first waypoint you find at BG, also an item you can find that works like a wet wipe or just throw a bottle of water at yourself.
