Since the most recent patch the game will freeze and take my entire console down, necessitating console storage repair.
What I was doing in game at the time:
Trying to approach the Harpies in the Secluded Cove. This crashed to shut down twice, once to main menu.
The Speak With the Dead cut scene was playing and the Narrator was describing the Tiefling body you find after Lump & Friends leave in the Blighted Village. This crashed all the way to a complete console shut down.
Maybe relevant information?:
My cinematics are set to allow nudity. The game is not displaying this setting correctly and models either have Barbie Doll lines or their underwear during cut scenes. My PC also showed up naked randomly with a smooth undercarriage during a respec.
