Any time I engage him with, "Can we talk about the two of us?" -- "What are we, to you?" He'll begin speaking, and then the scene clips off mid-sentence without finishing the line.

+1 this is still happening to me all over the place, especially in Act 3 and it's only in talking to Astarion.

+1 same problem. Also some words get cut off in the sentences as well.

this happens to me also, both on the "what are we, to you?" option and the kiss option all responses save "how could I say no" get cut mid-sentence.

This is actually happening all over the place with different NPCs, companions and the narrator. Not sure what is causing it.

Was hoping Hotfix #9 would have fixed it. Alas, no.
