In all seriousness though Larian missed an incredible opportunity here to show off some wonderful attention to detail by having Crusher's lips singed if the player plays as her during this scene, because after all it is somewhat lore/immersion breaking that he gets to do this freely, since not even Dammon at this point was able to come even remotely close to her.

Crusher is the MVP right now, we weren't even her first kiss!

As main character, she pets Scratch, shakes Gale's hand and gets held down by Astarion with a knife to her throat if she fails the perception check (among others). At the same time, she says she cannot go for a bump or a pat, and that people need to sleep sort of far from her.

Her writing regarding her non-touch condition is very unclear about when and how she can be touched, if at all. It should've been done better, not only in this moment you mentioned, but throughout the game. Perhaps if instead of saying she cannot even get a pat, she could explain how and when she can be touched, so these inconsistencies would not be so glaring.

You can temporarily cool her down with a water spell or item. They should implement that into the dialogue for her as a requirement if you play as origin.
