Hi,

I can't load any save files in my game, 45 hours in.
It loads to 60% and then directly crashes to the PS5 dashboard.
I tried disabling my PS5's internet and reinstalling the game, but it didn't work.
Starting a new game works fine, but I don't want to lose my progress and that solution is not feasible.

I've tried with the latest hotfix 8 but still no success.

I am facing the exact same issue... Can't load save games. If I turn off network in PS5's settings menu, it loads fine, however I can't save the game anymore as it says "failed to save, error code 558".

I have spent 60-70 hrs with this campaign, restarting it is not an option for me...

I feel you, it's unreasonable to start over..

Deleted and reinstalled the game, it solved the load issue, but not the map nor the save issue. Fog of war resets every time and still unable to save a game (error code 558).

edit: load game is still not working after a game restart...

It’s insane that this is still not fixed even with the latest patch. Larian studios take many weeks to answer and PlayStation will not refund me. Still crashing at 60% when trying to load any save.

I have the same issue. Did you ever resolve it?

The latest patch made performance noticeably worse for me on both Mac & PS5

Still no fix and larian finally replied and said they currently have no fix for this. PlayStation will not refund me even though providing detailed explanation and video proof.
