I keep finding that loading a save after smashing walls, doors or objects will pseudo-respawn them. Graphically they're smashed, but they're still physically intact somehow while being both invisible and uninteractable. This makes passing through opened passageways impossible at times. Is this a known issue?

@TheDJMC I've been trying to gather data and solutions for all the major bugs, there's just so many since Patch 3. So this may be well known but it is not for me. Can you include a screen capture (or video playthrough link) to show an example of this?

In this image it does show the hp of the doors still at 36 (even though the doors' graphics/walls' graphics are gone). What happens when you attempt to target the object?

Nothing. The object isn't recognised by the targeting but will sometimes show its incorrect HP. Attacks do nothing either.

In this image I had smashed the crates, saved, quit, loaded and then did the same to the door behind it (attempting a workaround) which exacerbated the issue with an "undead" door. I could get the characters to climb atop the ghost crates as if they were in their original stack by "left click hold" movement. I could also get them to jump through the ghost objects by rotating the camera behind the destination (180° relative to the screenshot) and pixel hunting. Jumping this way wored rather tediously in both directions.

A common character portrait bug is also shown on Gale's icons. It's randomly triggered upon levelling-up.
