I'm in a second act location. I'm trying to teleport to the location of the first act or go to it on foot. When zakgrzke vyletaet at 33%, higher than 33% is not loaded, the game just closes. All mods cleaned, the game reinstalled, the graphics downgraded, new sohanenie load tried, from different places to teleport tried.

It'll be the same issue as this, caused by a dead body with greater than zero hit points somewhere in the area you're travelling to. More details here:

Also please send your save file to Larian - they have yet to acknowledge this very serious and annoying bug.
