When you encounter Yurgir in Act 2, you can either help him fulfil his contract or kill him on Raphael's behalf. Or you can do his quest and then kill him anyway I guess.

I have this habit of not doing what a devil requires of me, but it pisses off Astarion so I tend to kill Yurgir and be done with it if he's in my party. I've helped Yurgir once only to see what would happen and then reloaded. The outcome was disappointing, as Raphael did not accept that the contract was fulfilled on flimsy pretenses.

But I wonder about two things:

(1) I only later found the document that proves Raphael orchestrated this specific difficulty for Yurgir so he could keep him unter contract. He basically cheated, to nobody's surprise I'm sure. If you find this before turning in the quest, can you call him out on it, and will there be a different outcome?
(2) Will how you deal with Yurgir in this quest change anything in the encounter in
the House of Hope
?
